We hope you love your PICH purchase, however should you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges for the same product can be provided subject to availability.
Kindly, ensure that the item(s) returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition, including the box you received them in, all tags attached, hygiene label not having been removed, unused/unworn and in saleable condition. All bikini bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective liner attached.
Please note that we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs, or any duties / taxes incurred back into the UK. We recommend you use a guaranteed, trackable delivery service for the goods as they will remain your responsibility until they are received by us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
