PICH Boutique is a trading name of PICH International Ltd.. This Website pichboutique.com is operated by PICH International Ltd., a limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 11206542. Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
The following are our Terms and Conditions which govern all interactions you have with us and our Website. Please read them carefully as by placing an order on our website, you are acknowledging that you have both read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If don’t wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions please don’t use our Website or purchase products from it.
We reserve the right to update and amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published and be effective immediately.
1. PRICING AND VAT
All prices on pichboutique.com are quoted in sterling pounds (£GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT and any delivery charges is clearly shown at checkout on the order confirmation page. For products supplied to customers within the European Community, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Customers based in countries outside of the European Community will not be charged VAT and this will be reflected at checkout.
All items must be paid for in full at the time of order, to complete the purchase process. When complete, you will receive an email to confirm the order has been accepted.
2. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
If ordering from outside the UK and Europe, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, applied by your local tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for payment of these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the appointed forwarder. Goods will be held by customs until full payment is received.
To avoid any confusion or delays, we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine what those import duties and taxes will cost and what time frame is involved, prior to purchasing from our Website. PICH Boutique is not responsible for any delays on goods held at local custom offices.
3. DELIVERY
We are committed to great customer service and we aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day. We delivery using a secure trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number, to enable you to track your package.
All orders are subject to availability and we strive to keep an up to date stock holding in our e-store. In the unlikely instance that an order has been placed for an order that is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to only sell usual household quantities (for personal use), of any of our products to customers.
We cannot accept any liability for delays to your delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances on the part of our third-party delivery suppliers, as that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse supply for whatever reason.
4. RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your PICH Boutique purchase. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt, and obtain a refund.
All items must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with all PICH Boutique garment tags still attached and additional items such as pouches included. Returns that do not meet our returns policy will be refused and items will be returned to the customer.
Please take great care when trying on our swimwear, ensuring that no creams, lotions or make-up, contact or transfer to the garment. Items that are damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted and a refund will be refused.
In the interests of hygiene, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns that have the protective adhesive strip soiled or removed will not be accepted for return.
For bikini returns, please return both items as they are sold as a set. Part return of a bikini will be refused unless both parts have been returned.
Please make sure garments are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit as garments are the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches us. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send returns by a service that provides a tracking number and a receipt of shipment when delivered, i.e. a signature. We are not responsible for goods that go missing or fail to arrive at our premises.
REPEATED RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we adhere to a strict returns policy, to ensure an easy and enjoyable shopping experience for all. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be noted and this may lead to those returns being refused or future purchases made by that account may be denied.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for the same product can only be provided subject to availability. If available, we will accept returns for exchange requests within 14 days of receipt.
The item(s) for exchange must be in their original condition, including the box you received them in, all tags attached, hygiene label not having been removed, unused/unworn and in saleable condition. All bikini bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective liner attached.
We do not cover exchange shipping costs, or any duties / taxes incurred back into the UK. We recommend you use a guaranteed, trackable delivery service for the goods as they will remain your responsibility until they are received by us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
5. CONSENT
By submitting your personal information on our Website PICH Boutique, whether to subscribe to a newsletter, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return, or a purchase, you consent to the use of that information as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will update our Privacy Policy from time to time and it will always be available on our Website.
